You need 35 rockets. Press 2 twice to select the tornado weapon. Then use it and run.
You need to find the regular shotgun first ... you know ... weapon 2.
(Ok, you weren't fooled, you
always have the regular shotgun from the moment you spawn.)
And remember ... camping is a 100% allowed tactic at Quake.Shmack.Net.
Those guys are fun to find and enjoy playing the game too!! And typically are good source of easy frags.
