This code will display the top [as measured in total frags] player Quake.Shmack.Net player (for current week, I believe) if put into the HTML in a web page from GameStatus.Net, courtesy of Jackhole.
Change the "quake.shmack.net" to another name such as "singed.essentrix.net" and it will generate stats for that server instead. The only requirement is that the server must be scanned by GameStatus.Net
