At the risk of others hating me, my oppinion is to leave everything as is.
Those maps, especially Start, get voted for 2-3 times in a row at most. Yes, the noobs do spam, and if you are a high profile player you can finish the map fairly fast and move-on to the next one.
I know some of them may be abusing the gas nades, and that is their way -some may call it lame- to earn some frags. Truth is that noobs -referring to play tactics, not years played- are into the majority and high profile-skilled players are into the minority. If these noobs do not get any frags and it is extremely tough for them to score, they will leave and there will be nobody to play with.
Experienced players know how to circumvent their tactics and score, therefore, the whole system runs itself. Hopefully, with my play-guide and knowing how to play better, the noobs can learn a more skilled, refined and therefore -enjoyable- way of playing and move-on from these spam maps and cease to employ these "lame" tactics that pisses everyone off. However, I believe they should naturally progress to this stage on their own by realizing, and not being forced to - since they are the skill-group who mostly play.
In conclusion, for all fairness, I believe there should be a limit to how many times a map can be played in a row to satisfy everybody.
Regards.
