I'd love to see a limit of the number of times the blink rune can be used before it is consumed/automatically dropped.

I prefer funkify's idea because a player can indefinitely recharge his blink with ammo in a one on one where it's the most difficult to combat.

How about every once in a while the blink rune user's rune malfunctions and sets himself on fire?

How about you drop that resistance and shield rune and go find ice, death, or torch? If it's a small level you can use recall, dual recall, radiation, pierce, berserk, switch, shuffle, etc, to weaken or kill him too.

And talk about one on one difficulties... you think fighting someone with resistance is a simple task? I'll face someone with blink over resistance any time.
