As many of you know, bam is marooned in rural Iowa. Iowa doesn't have broadband yet (isdn is supposed to be coming shortly), so his quake connetion is laggy and unstable. Often times, in the middle of an ra match, his ping shoots up to 5000 and he wanders around bumping into walls and firing rockets in random directions. It's very sad to have to watch, just like one of those nature shows with the sick and limping animal. So, I am taking up a collection to GET BAM OUT OF IOWA. PLEASE HELP however you can. We just need enough for a grayhound ticket to get him SOMEWHERE SAFE. Once he is safe, we can worry about such logistical problems as food and water and dsl. Thank you and GOD BLESS!

LMAO ... send him to California. We can put him on the dole and let him Quake from the library.

We can add ping +200 to his config.cfg so he feel comfortable playing at the library. You know, at first it might be very unsettling.
