It is not a whine.

The purpose of his chat-ban was to stop his inappropriate form of communication. If he is exploiting and abusing a hole in his punishment to do something for which he was punished for in the first place, it must be blocked and addressed as well.

I would not be pushing for this as hard if he would stop for what he is being punished for. He continues to call me ParaCunt, Cheating Whore, black bitch etc., through his name change. That is why I strongly believe he must have a name freeze as well to completely stop him and fulfill the original purpose of his punishment as dictated.

He has not learned his lesson. Sad.

IHH, you are continuing to falsely call me a cheater and such and harassing me in front of others causing my fellow players to leave. A chat-ban must be in order for you. If you must talk to me, I suggest you use a polite conversation and refrain yourself from treating me in such a vile way. I never did anything bad to you ever to deserve such unwarranted treatment and speech from you. This is my last time I am humanely reasoning with you.
