I upgraded the forum to the latest release of PHPBB. You might need to reset your password to login properly. Generally, the forum will send your activation e-mail instantly, but please be patient as some users have experienced longer wait times. If you encounter any problems, please e-mail me at slotzero@runequake.com. For those who were using the subBlack theme, I'll try and add a similar theme when I get the chance. |

Slot, Dreadful can't log in here. This is a PHPBB issue, I'm certain. If I use FireFox or Mozilla, I cannot see the log-in button. It does appear in Internet Explorer, which is what I have been using when visiting here (I thought this was only me). Dreadful uses a Mac, so I'm guessing he is using FireFox or maybe Safari. I might add, I cannot see the log-in or register options at PHPBB's web site either. I can see the log-in and register buttons now in Firefox. The next time I see Dreadful, I'll ask him to try here again. |

BTW, the default theme (style) for this forum was ProSilver, but I wanted to keep the forum conversion simple for everyone. To try out this new theme, go to your User Control Panel -> Board Preferences -> Edit Global Settings -> My Board Style and select "prosilver" from the drop down menu and then click Submit. |

I have *only* one gripe with this forum. As I type long posts, the forums disconnects me after a while and I have to remember to copy what I wrote and paste it again after I re-login. It is fine, I guess from a security standpoint. I do not know the reason for this, if it was intentional or not and if it came with default forum software or was set this way. Just pointing it out. It is not bothering me a lot, although one time - the first time - I did find out the hard way, when I briefly left my computer and came back later to finish my post and clicked submit and it was gone. It can be how Slot decides, however, we must remember to copy posts into memory not to lose them as hitting "submit" after a long time will bring you to the login screen having lost your post. A compromise could be to extend this time-out period to perhaps over one hour, I think it is around 40 mins now. I just realized that this affects the board member when the "remember me" checkbox is not checked - that is my method of logging in from work. I also wanted to welcome the new members that we have gotten this week. Welcome!

hey guys!! Been a while for me. I've been stuck in Israel for the past 5 years and my ping would have been tremendous on any of the most relevant servers.. It's me StatiC - - -staticclingthegrappleking anyhoo- - - im back and a Lpb  cant wait to see more familiar faces here hey kermit, paradise, xq clayborn, cloudy etc etc etc.. missed all y'all. False promise #1 - I'll do my best to try and get hydro....! playin again
