Here is a list of games I played for the PC. It's not a complete list as I'm sure there are many games I've forgotten to mention, but every now and then I remember one. I always play out the entire game, unless I encounter technical difficulies where the game keeps crashing. http://www.runequake.com/member/slot_zero/games.html (Last edited: 11/20/2011 06:23 PM -0500) |

Very good list Slot, complete with fantastic games that fill all genres. You sure know how to pick your games. ![]() I would suggest you also add WarCraft 3 to your list. It is a fairly modern twist on StarCraft, that if you enjoyed that game you are surely to enjoy this one. It plays more like an adventure / strategy game hybrid, where the story follows your leveled up heros from level to level, in each campain that you play representing each race in the world of WarCraft (not to me confused with the WOW franchise). It comes in a battle pack that you can pick up, in which Frozen Throne (its expansion is also included). You can pick it up here in the states for $39.99. Question, how is SOF: Payback? SOF 1&2 were excellent, but Payback received a lot of negative heat, mainly as it came out as a budged cheap shooter (with lots of flaws) priced at a regular price. I bought it but returned it and got TimeShift instead, after reading what the reviews had to say about it. |

Thanks, I will give it a whirl. Speaking of StarCraft, I am looking forward to Starcraft 2. Paradise wrote: Question, how is SOF: Payback? The only cool part of the game was the ability to shoot each limb off the baddies and watch as the blood squirts wild. And even though it was visually pleasing, the story was weak and the gameplay repetitive. BTW, Did you enjoy TimeShift? My two recently played favs are Call of Duty 4 and Bioshock. If you haven't played them, add them to your list! |
