I'd play you 1-1 at rocket arena which is the same thing except it doesn't involve camping and hiding. Not that it matters to me, but on any of the popular rocket arena maps you would probably lose rather handily. I'd be impressed if you could beat Monster 1-1 on anything. He's the *real* best player in Quake. Then I'd be sold. RuneQuake is about hunting down the weak as quickly as possible racking up scores by avoiding tough opponents instead of challenging them and using spam instead of making every shot count. 1-1 Clan Arena is about camping and running around in circles in DM3 lobbing grenades around corners. Rocket arena is about 2 players with nowhere and 9 times of out 10, the more rounded player wins. |
