I've had bad ping times in the past week. Sometimes well over 140ms. I noticed some others complaining as well. I asked and it seems only people with Time Warner are having latency issues. I did a couple of RDP sessions from other providers (Comcast specifically) and getting about 23ms on average. So its not a server issue at all. Below are my ping responses as well as a tracert. Are other Time Warner customers seeing the same as I am? Notice the ping responses literally jump all over the place.
