Slot or anyone.. How do you make the text stay longer or shorter on your screen? |

scr_centertime <value> (default value is 2) This will control the length of time a centerprint message is displayed. Centerprint messages are the ones printed directly in the center of your screen, like rune descriptions and secret areas found. These messages are not retained in the console. I'm not aware if you can control the length of time console messages are displayed. You can at least bring the console down if you missed any of those. |

I'm thinking that might be a feature within the exe used? Probable. Hitting that toggle button tends to get me killed !!! |

us the con_notifytime command to adjust length of time. I believe standard is 3, whereas I use 1. To set it to be one second, I would recommend making a line in your autoexec.cfg: con_notifytime 1 |
