Post subject:  Quick Grenade Bind for Non-Runes (Runes Compatible Too!)
This one does a fair job ...

bind "ALT" "impulse 6; +attack; wait; -attack; impulse 7"

Switches you back to the RL after the grenade toss.

Update ... the perfect quick grenade for a non-Runes server (it also works on Runes Servers :o ) :

Code:
alias +sattack6 "-attack;wait;impulse 6;wait;+attack"
alias -sattack6 "-attack;wait;impulse 7"

bind SHIFT +sattack 6


Heavily based on a bind provided to by Lord Ic3s (IHOC)

(... although he likely didn't write the bind, I appreciate that he took the bind to respond to a post, I had noticed some players using a quick grenade bind @ IHOC and I want to be equally equipped.)
