Hi all the gotten passionate ones for Quake! It would like to know if they alguem can help me! I did not obtain to use the LOCS (%L %H etc... LOCATION) of the JoeQuake in version 0.15! It would like to know if to these commands in the Joequake and as it is! Please, they forgive any thing, I am Brazilian and I have difficulties in the English! Good week to all!

I don't think JoeQuake 0.15 has loc file support. I'm pretty sure it doesn't.

Coaster joequake não é bom cliente de dm é mais usado para single player... experimenta ezquake e fuhquake que são clients proprios para dm... fica bem!

bom amigo, veja bem, o ezquake e o fuhquake não sao somente clientes de QW?! jogo QW tambem... mais fico mais no QN, onde o JoeQuake e o melhor executavel... saberia me dizer se a algum FUH ou algum EZQUAKE que de para jogar QN?! abracos!

Certain Baker, but sees well, Joequake 0,31 supports this type of option (loc, location)! does not know if some of them allows! Pro, 0,14, 0.15? Debtor!

JoeQuake 0.30 was made by a Brazialian who added those features into JoeQuake. I know what you are talking about. But that wasn't a true JoeQuake release by Jozsef Szalontai.

Here is an option, you can use QRack which is a modded JoeQuake 0.14 with most ProQuake features added in and it does have loc file support.

I think it is great when people do things like that Brazilian modified JoeQuake 0.30 but they need to release their source code otherwise they can never be updated or assimiliated.

But no one was able to find the source, and I've never found a working link for it.

If someone provides me a working link to it, I could document at least what was added into it.

I have the source to "ProBR" which is a Proquake BRAZILIAN quaker's engine. There are alot of quakeworld-ish things that differ from us USA NETQuake players. I for one dont like the luma colors on team jerseys and automatic team messages on death spawn item grab and powerup takes :< but hey im a purist! Go figure.

I've heard some weird things were incorporated in that JoeQuake 0.30X. I'd just like to see what they are and document them.

Those are in the commands list for the 0.30 X you linked. I started it up and typed "cmdlist" to look for differences. Other than the loc support, that's what I found.

Lamentable! Commands of 0,30 I have! he wanted of the other versions! Which other customers of QuakeNet you recommend to me!

I use JoeQuake 0.15 myself and it's great. It doesn't have loc support, but I don't play CTF much or another team game where that would be helpful.

If you play team games or even if not, QRack is always a good choice.

Beyond that, other than JoeQuake, QRack and ProQuake there aren't any NetQuake clients that I know of that are good for multiplayer play that don't have some sort of major drawback.
