I was just admiring how you setup the demos menu and I love the way you can browse for the demos and play them. Would it be possible to create a maps menu using the same concept?

Of course, It doesn't take much work to do that.

I personally prefer using the console instead of the menu. Parameter completion really helps alot and provides a pretty pleasent way to load demos, maps, images etc. everything you just wish.

But if you wish to get another menupoint for loading maps, I can do it for you.

Well my main reasoning is that I deal with alot of new maps and they sometimes have complicated names/numbers that are hard to remember, and I have over 200 maps.

I have over 300 :) I won

If you type for example "map *" in the console, you'll get a list of all available maps (the ones inside id1/maps folder + the ones inside .pak files also). If you type "map e1" then you'll get a list of all maps that starts with "e1", like e1m1, e1m2, etc. That's what parameter completion all about.

But I know. A nice menu is even more pleasant.
