I have cl_truelightning "1" in autoexec.cfg.
When I start a map from the menu, single player etc etc....I have correctly displayed shaft. But when I restart/record a map, cl_truelightning will be "0", and I it doesnt matter if I set this to "1". I will still have the normal "laggy" shaft.
Is this something you intended to be disabled in speedruns? Or am I doing something wrong?
Btw: yes I think that cl_truelightning "1" is a big advantage in speedruns, espesially for those who do 100% (compared to older days with laggy shaft). But I guess since we have alot faster computer nowadays, that is a big advantage also.
