I took the Quake Texturing Project pak and added new textures to complete the pak. I also changed a few of them around for specific maps to make the maps look nice and spiffy.

Yellow #5 had released a texture pak, but I did not like some of the textures and it did/does not use the NEWEST Quake Retexturing Project textures.

Nice looking texture pack except the texture you choose for grass results in an overt checkerboard pattern, resulting in an artificial, manicured appearance. Perhaps that's the look your going for, but it simply doesn't look realistic.

yeah I do see what you're talking about...it didn't bother me that much, but when I pay attention to it...it is annoying...
