Has anyone EVER used had any success using phasing rune ?

Has it ever saved your life ??

Does it even work ?

woops, I got mixed up with the phase ability in Diablo ;o

I guess if you've mastered using it (aka, figured out how to make it work the way you want it to), you could be a deadly weapon.

Phasing rune could use a redesign. It has saved me plenty of times. I can sneak up on people with it, for sure. It's great for killing campers.

What I would LIKE to see would be for it to work more like the "no clipping" mode in Doom. Once I was experimenting with making runes with IEEE and others and we did test something like this, no clipping or gravity. It rocked. I don't know why we didn't make it a rune. It would definitely need a time limit, though.

Yeah, like maybe using rune-use to activate/deactive phasing. If activated, you phase whenever possible. Just an idea.

Funkify, that would rock. No clipping with activation and time, kinda like flying.

I just feel like Phasing doesn't work most of the time. It takes me 3-4 tries before I pass through the wall, and that is usually enough time for someone to kill me...

That is why I consider it useless... It's one of the runes that I drop as soon as I catch it.

You usually have to look up a bit at the wall you want to pass to be effective. It's good for going through ceilings and floors. It's mostly for running away, so I never have it for long.
