IEEE is more of a coder than a hardcore game player.
He does play in the sense of playing around with the runes in-game solo, with a few people after having programmed them. After implementing them he likes to play around with them and debug them. He also loves to think and come up with new rune ideas.
As of recently, I have not seen him present on Shmack at all - the only popular Quake 1 Rune server in existance today. I do miss him and it is a shame he is not playing more as I miss his good natured presence and pleasant attitude which brings forth the best playful mood out of everyone.
